is a labor of love for owner Tommy Duncan. His beautiful wife AnnMarie Sava-Duncan passed away in November of 2006 after an 8 year battle with Cancer. AnnMarie was beautiful inside and out; and for 14 years she made her career working with a renowned cosmetic company as their regional sales manager. She helped to make thousands of people feel and look their best with her talent and infectious positive attitude. Tommy created the concept and built Salon 26 to continue her spirit.

Salon 26 will be intimately tied with the charitable foundation he created in her name (The Ann Marie Sava-Duncan Foundation) to increase awareness of Cervical Cancer. The foundation has already begun raising money through various events over the past year. The goal in the coming months is for every transaction at Salon 26 to in some way support the foundation; empowering women by educating them to the risks of Cervical Cancer and offering scholarships in Ann Marie's name; a way to celebrate the memory of her special life and the way she made people look and feel. Salon 26 will play a big part in all this! |

The design of the salon is as spectacular as its services. Tommy, also a respected painter, worked with an acclaimed Boston Artist/Designer to create a look and vibe that is as welcoming as chic! |
